How to Apply

    Visit the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana portal at pmfby.gov.in

  2. 2

    Register using your mobile number and Aadhaar

  3. 3

    Select your crop, season and coverage area

  4. 4

    Pay the applicable premium (heavily subsidized by government)

  5. 5

    Receive policy document and crop insurance certificate

  6. 6

    In case of crop loss, notify the bank/insurance company within 72 hours
